What’s Therapy for Designers?

Therapy for Designers aims to create a space for designers to share their challenges, be heard and learn to build a growth mindset and leadership capabilities as a group.

The key to creating growth is a group of humans that can help each other grow. We'll be curating groups of designers who want to tackle similar challenges to enable a collaborative problem-solving mindset. By sharing experiences in small groups, we hope to enable validation, empathy, and collaborative problem-solving.
